Project Management

SGPAI Project Managers are chosen for their combination of coatings expertise and contracting backgrounds along with coatings inspection history. SGPAI provides complete management of the project to provide a practical liaison between the owner, engineer and the contractor. This allows the owner and or Engineer to concentrate his available resources without losing control of painting programs.

S.G. Pinney & Associates, Inc. will develop project control methods, including safety assurance and quality control, environmental requirements and controls, field modifications and change orders, project cost accounting and control, schedule review, submission procedures, contractor MBE/WBE program monitoring, public communication procedures, monitoring contractors compliance with applicable environmental regulations and all other applicable requirements.
